Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Student Counselor who will be located on-site in Karachi. As a Student Counselor, your day-to-day duties will involve guiding students through the university application process, organizing events and outreach programs, and providing personalized advice and support to help our students find the right educational home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• At least 2-3 years of counseling experience in the education sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with university application processes, including admission requirements and visa regulations.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Passionate about helping students and making a positive impact in their lives
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
