Student Counseling Services (SCS) is a counseling center located in Islamabad, Pakistan that provides counseling services to students. SCS is managed by Dr. Osamah Majeed Qureshi who is also the director of Institute of Career Development (ICD) Pakistan. SCS focuses on student recruitment, English language training and testing, educational fairs, outreach activities, screening students, document verification, and linkage activities with Pakistani institutions.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor at Student Counseling Services in Islamabad. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling and career counseling to students. The Student Counselor will also be responsible for communication, customer service, education, and other related tasks.
Qualifications
- Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in the education industry
- Ability to work well with students from diverse backgrounds
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience with various counseling techniques and tools
- Knowledge of educational systems and institutions
- Additional certifications or training in counseling or related fields are a plus
