Role Description:
This full-time on-site position in Lahore involves being a Student Counselor at Studify Education Consultants. As a Student Counselor, you will guide and support students in their academic and personal journeys, helping them with goal identification, career exploration, and decision-making. Emotional support and assistance in overcoming challenges are also required.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and understanding
- Ability to build rapport with students
- Knowledge of educational systems and institutions
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working with students or in a counseling role preferred
