Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Student Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the office staff, assist with office tasks, and perform general clerical duties.
The ideal candidate must be a current student with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous office experience is not required but would be an advantage.
- Support office staff with various administrative tasks
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office files
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff
- Perform data entry and other clerical duties as assigned
