Silver Star Group is seeking a Sublimation Head to manage our Small Manufacturing Unit for apparel sportswear. This role requires strong leadership and customer management skills to oversee the entire sublimation process, from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for customers.
- Lead the sublimation team to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Supervise production and maintain high-quality standards.
- Implement process enhancements for productivity.
Requirements: Minimum 5+ years in sublimation printing and customer handling, with a Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering or related field.
Pay: Rs125,00.00 – Rs175,00.00 per month
