Company Description
Unicol Limited Pakistan is a joint venture distillery project with shares equally held among Farn Sugar Mills, Mehran Sugar Mills, and Mirpkas Sugar Mills. The plant is located at Mirpurkhas, Sindh and has a designed capacity of 100,00 liters or 80 metric tons per day. Unicol’s ethanol is exported with the majority destined for European markets.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fire Superintendent at Unicol Limited Pakistan. The Fire Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the fire safety and emergency preparedness programs, coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, and conducting fire safety inspections and drills. The Fire Superintendent will also be responsible for developing and implementing fire safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of national and local fire codes and regulations
- Experience in developing and implementing fire safety policies and procedures
- Ability to train and supervise employees in fire safety procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly
- Knowledge of industrial processes and hazards
- Experience in fire prevention and suppression techniques
- Certification as a Fire Officer II or higher is preferred
