Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Supervisor at Galaxy Textiles Ltd located in Jhang. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production team, including assigning tasks, monitoring the progress of the team, and ensuring that deadlines are met. The Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, reviewing and developing procedures, and facilitating communication between team members, departments, and management. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.
Qualifications

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Manufacturing operations experience
- Knowledge of safety and health standards and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Experience in textile manufacturing and fluency in both English and Urdu language is a plus.
