Job Description
Location: Faisalabad – Jaranwala
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 70,00/month
Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Age Limit: 30 – 35 Years

HCM International is currently looking for a motivated Supervisor to lead a team of over 150 daily wage laborers. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing attendance, ensuring timely cash distribution, and effectively managing labor responsibilities. Ideal candidates should possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, along with a solid track record in labor supervision.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of experience in labor supervision, exceptional leadership qualities, and reliability in cash management.
