Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor at Rainbow’s Lahore location. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and developing staff, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring a consistent customer experience, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The Supervisor will report to senior management and collaborate with other departments to ensure the success of the store.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service management role
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Fluency in English and Urdu is required
