Job Description
As a Supplier Acquisition Executive, you will play a crucial role in contacting suppliers globally, negotiating prices, and managing product SOPs. Your responsibilities include coordinating with various teams for a seamless purchase cycle.
Brief Job Description:
- Reach out to suppliers worldwide for specific products at agreed prices.
- Negotiate competitive prices and finalize agreements.
- Develop and nurture strong supplier relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Obtain necessary authorizations from suppliers.
- Monitor and engage with unresponsive suppliers during procurement.
- Issue timely purchase orders and handle documentation.
- Coordinate internally for effective collaboration with suppliers.
- Achieve assigned targets and KPIs consistently.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in relationship building and management preferred.
- Persistence in securing deals and strong research skills.
- Background in Amazon FBA wholesale preferred (6 months to 1 year).
- Ability to build long-term relationships.
- Adaptability to changing environments and problem-solving skills.
