Job Description
GoZayaan Pakistan is seeking a Supply Acquisition Executive to join our team in Islamabad. As a Supply Acquisition Executive, your main responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding hotels (online & offline)
- Training on the admin panel
- Aligning and ensuring smooth operations (via agents/receptionists)
- Leads generation and conversions
- Processing bookings and reservations
- Maintaining ARI (Availability, Rates & Inventory) of the properties
- Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results on CRM software
- Recommending changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Providing historical records by maintaining data on customer sales
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree required
- Experience required: 6 months – 1 year
- Experience in supplier management and account management is preferred
- Know-how of using and maintaining Google Sheets is a must
- Good presentation skills
