Job Description
Responsibilities
- Proactively lead and manage all supply chain processes across different sales channels.
- Provide leadership and coaching to ensure employees meet individual performance goals.
- Establish performance benchmarks and hold the team accountable for achieving them.
- Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures.
- Collaborate as a key team player with strong experience in customer handling, problem-solving, and management skills.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Science/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience/Understanding in Sales, Operations, and Accounts is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other IT tools.
