Job Description
- Perform the role of a Co-Managed Inventory (CMI) Analyst, supporting internal and external managed services customers and team.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused task-related position.
- Interact regularly with key stakeholders to fully understand goals, objectives, and relevant KPI’s.
- Effectively manage a customer’s inventory for a given product line throughout the product life cycle.
- Reporting of KPI’s as needed, both internally and to clients.
- Work with large data sets and follow established processes for both importing and exporting data into systems.
- Train new analysts on the system and processes as needed.
