Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Management professional, located in Islamabad. The role entails overseeing the movement of goods from origin to destination and maximizing efficiency and profitability. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for developing strategies and managing all aspects of the supply chain process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products. They will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure accurate delivery of products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or transportation in a similar role
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Familiarity with international trade laws, regulations, and compliance standards
- Experience with forecasting, supply chain modeling, and data analysis tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, or other supply chain management software programs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Continuous Improvement mindset with experience in Lean Six Sigma
