Position Summary: Manage, guide and ensure smooth operations at plant in order to meet production and business needs at required performance levels and at optimized costs.

- Ensure the delivery of outstanding service of factory Supply Chain at a minimum cost-to-serve
- Manage, guide and develop the factory supply chain teams
- Detailed Production Scheduling is consistently delivering achievable plans
- Material Management Planning makes materials available on time
- Ensure smooth operations by effective communication with all partners
- Manage and ensure Safety, Health and Environment, Quality at plant operations
- Communicate effectively downstream needs to instill customer service orientation
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?
- Relevant operational experience in Production, Demand & Supply Planning, Industrial Performance, Warehousing
- Experience in managing projects such as High Performance Logistics
- Experience of leading teams and managing factory operations
- Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and stay updated with industry trends
