Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join Be Be Jan Pakistan Limited. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field. Responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, sourcing suppliers, monitoring inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the production team.
- Market and vendor visits for quality assurance.
- Prepare and maintain purchase records, collaborate with finance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Specialization in supply chain management is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
