Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain & Shipping Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound logistics, schedule shipments, and coordinate with carriers and customs brokers. The role involves tracking orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing shipping documentation, and resolving transit issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Experience: 1–3 years in logistics or shipping; knowledge of export/import procedures.
- Skills: strong Excel proficiency, familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities: support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to cost optimization across the supply chain.
