Job Description
Job Purpose: Plan, monitor, and execute weekly production schedules and orders, ensuring the timely availability of raw materials.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage weekly production plans based on MPS/MRP results.
- Assess raw material and product availability versus sales forecasts using SAP.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to prioritize material and production needs.
- Prepare and communicate production schedules to relevant teams.
- Monitor daily production progress and adjust priorities as needed.
- Report on sales forecast versus production data for alignment.
- Manage inventory levels for raw and packaging materials, especially for new product launches.
- Prepare and present monthly production plans and compliance reports to stakeholders.
Qualification and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or Supply Chain Certification preferred
- With 3-4 years of relevant experience
