Job Description
Transworld Home Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Center Representative to enhance our customer experience. The ideal candidate will manage Webchat and WhatsApp support, address customer inquiries on social media platforms, and collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs. Key responsibilities include attending to complaints, up-selling, and managing customer retention.
To succeed in this role, candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft tools. A Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications or a related field is preferred, along with at least two years of customer service experience.
