Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to healthcare clients, troubleshoot Level 1 issues, and maintain in-depth knowledge of healthcare applications.
Requirements:
2+ years in technical support, preferably in healthcare, with knowledge of EHRs or PMS. Strong problem-solving and communication skills required.
