Job Description
Eposmatic is a fast-growing restaurant management software company serving Pakistan and the UAE. We seek a full-time Support & Data Entry Specialist to deliver first-level customer support via phone and WhatsApp, resolve software queries, maintain menu and pricing data, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Responsibilities: handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot software issues, update menus/prices, and monitor case resolution.
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree, experience in support or data entry, strong MS Excel and Google Sheets skills, and fluent English and Urdu communication.
- Details: In-person role in Islamabad. Shift Mon–Sat, 5:30 PM–2:30 AM. Salary PKR 30,00–70,00/month.
