Job Description
The person as a Support Editor/Operation Support at Pixako Technologies will be responsible for publications and reporting of press releases. Duties include handling client queries, internal communication, managing workflow, and reporting to Team Lead operations.
- Submission of PRs for full-service clients.
- Publication and distribution of press releases on distribution channels.
- Communication with all other teams within the organization.
- Client support and query handling.
- Assistance to the Sales team with queries and technical issues.
- Maintaining and managing the workflow of operations.
- Reporting of press releases to clients.
