Job Description
Ericsson is seeking a skilled and committed Support Engineer to strengthen our team. In this essential role, you will deliver data-driven solutions for customer-reported issues while following established processes and adhering to Service Level Agreements. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, isolating, and resolving faults, thereby contributing to network stability and tackling increasingly complex operational and technical challenges for specific customers.
Your role will entail leading investigations to address customer concerns, participating in on-site activities, and managing significant operational issues. You will also act as the main point of contact for Security Reviews and provide your expertise on security matters.
