Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat with accurate information and assistance.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.

- Maintain detailed customer interaction records using Trello/ CRM / Basecamp.
- Monitor customer feedback for continuous improvement.
