The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Support Officer to join our team in Islamabad. This full-time role involves supporting our Cash Management software operations.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service and technical support
  • Create and update use case logs
  • Train users on software utilization
  • Assist with testing and bug resolution
  • Coordinate with development team
