Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Client and Operations Team to address customer queries.
- Analyze cases and provide resolutions based on agreed metrics.
- Maintain problem resolution status and stakeholder communication.
- Work with global teams to understand functional requirements.
- Prioritize and execute operational tasks.
- Work in shifts round the clock and provide weekend support.
- Offer service desk support and ensure proper issue logging.
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams and monitor application status.
- Document known issues & solutions for internal communication.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of L1 application/production support experience in payment/banking solutions.
- Experience with ISO 8583, Unix, Oracle 11g/12c, Postgres, MongoDB.
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries and understanding of web technologies.
- Scripting knowledge of UNIX and Python will be a plus.
- Knowledge of JAVA, C++ is a bonus. BE/MCA or relevant technical discipline required.
