Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Support Staff Executive at TUV Austria Bureau of Inspection & Certification (Pvt.) Ltd. The Support Staff Executive will primarily assist the Management with smooth office operations, maintain personnel records and confidential files, prepare reports, presentations, documents, and keep records of policy changes, and perform other administrative & HR tasks as needed.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as an office manager/HR & Admin in a small to medium-sized company
- Excellent communication skills with excellent computer skills
- Career-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Line Manager in all office management tasks
- Ensuring that all office processes are running smoothly
- Supervise office lower staff
- Disbursement of office stationary
- Vendor Management
- Identifying issues, analyzing possible solutions, and collaborating with colleagues and informing the Line Manager about the best course of action for the identified issue
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- To be attentive and observant to what is happening in the office and communicating relevant information to the Line Manager
- Keeping a close eye on day-to-day operations, interactions, and any potential issues
- Should be able to handle tasks, assignments, and conversations with professionalism and integrity
Salary:
PKR 75,00/- with other perks and benefits
