Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Support Team Leader for our Urdu Market division. In this role, you will work in our office in Bangkok, Thailand and lead a team of customer support representatives to ensure exceptional service to our Urdu-speaking customers. Your responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing guidance and coaching, and resolving escalated customer issues.

As the Support Team Leader, you will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving team success. You will collaborate closely with other department leaders to optimize processes and improve customer experiences. Strong communication skills in Urdu and English are essential to effectively liaise with both customers and team members.

To excel in this position, you should have proven leadership experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the Urdu market. Experience in a customer support role or in managing multilingual teams is highly desirable.
