Job Summary: Expert BOS is in search of a committed Surveillance Officer to oversee live surveillance footage from retail stores in the USA. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to identify suspicious activities, accurately report incidents, and have prior back office experience as an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live footage to identify security threats
- Detect theft and policy breaches
- Draft comprehensive incident reports
- Maintain operational efficiency of surveillance equipment
Qualifications: Prior experience in surveillance is preferred. Strong observational skills and the ability to work flexible hours are essential.
