Job Description
Wrap Lab is actively seeking a dedicated Surveillance Officer to oversee restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring staff performance and customer service, identifying and reporting any violations, and performing thorough inspections of both kitchen and dining areas. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enforcing policies, assisting with staff training, and effectively managing customer complaints. Additionally, daily and weekly compliance reports with actionable recommendations will be required.
