Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sustainability Sr Manager in the Water Center of Excellence (CoE) at our Amesa Sector Headquarters.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving sustainability initiatives related to water management within our organization. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize water usage, minimize waste, improve water quality, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement water conservation programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on water usage, efficiency, and performance across our operations.
- Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities related to water management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive awareness and engagement on water sustainability.
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in sustainability, water management, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of water-related issues, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills are essential.
