Job Description
Ibex, on behalf of its client, is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, organizing, and optimizing the company’s computer systems. Duties include setting up and managing various tools, creating workflows, documentation, and automations, and staying updated on technology advancements.
Responsibilities:
- Setup and maintain Smartsheet toolkit and administration.
- Manage Resource Management App and Onboarding process toolset.
- Create and implement workflows, process documentation, and reports.
- Stay current with Smartsheet technologies and suggest improvements.
- Promote knowledge sharing and conduct workshops with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience as a System Administrator.
- System Engineer certification.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in EST time zone.
