Job Description
Responsible for developing and administering the local and wide area network (LAN/WAN) infrastructure. Deploy security measures to maintain the integrity of data on the LAN. Develop, manage, and test disaster recovery plans for the Local Area Network. Administer and provide support and maintenance for front-end and back-end Servers. Administer and provide support for equipment required for teleconferences and routine maintenance of PABX and communication systems. Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords. Administer and maintain routine system backups. Provide high-quality end-user support services to staff and authorized network users. Manage IT inventory and administer procurement & disposal of IT equipment. Manage projects and plan and implement systems maintenance and administration. Plan future improvements and suggest IT solutions to business problems.
