Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our organization’s systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities include providing support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, installing and maintaining servers, monitoring system performance, collaborating with teams, and ensuring security compliance. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields, experience in system support, knowledge of Windows and Linux, networking proficiency, and strong problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications and 3+ years of experience are preferred.
