Job Description
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of Linux, Networking, and Network Security.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Customer Oriented.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle pressure.
- Good Team player and strong problem-solving skills.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including morning, afternoon, evening, and night.
Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve technical issues reported by clients, ensuring efficient troubleshooting for maximum FCRs.
- Document details of reported issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Contribute to updating documentation and knowledge bases for future issue resolution.
- Escalate alerts as necessary following predefined procedures.
- Efficiently resolve customer problems and queries related to service requests and complaints.
- Ensure all escalated issues are addressed and followed up on.
- Maintain a professional demeanor for positive customer experiences.
