Job Description
PayMedics is looking for a skilled System Support Engineer to troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook issues and offer comprehensive email support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in Windows and iOS troubleshooting, a solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices, as well as experience in virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Key responsibilities include delivering technical support for both hardware and software problems, performing system installations, configurations, and maintenance, troubleshooting effectively, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure smooth operations. Proficiency with networking devices like switches, routers, and access points is essential.
Qualifications include 1-2 years of experience, a relevant degree (BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering), and preferred certifications such as CCNA and CCNP.
