Role Description
Saya Weaving Mills, located in Karachi, is seeking a full-time System Support Engineer to ensure the proper functioning of the company’s computer systems. The System Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all hardware and software. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Switches Configuration
- Wireless / Lan Networking
- Sophos Firewall & VPN Configuration
- PBAX Configuration
- Active Directory Knowledge
- Servers Management and Configuration
- Windows Installation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field (or commensurate experience)
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux, Windows and MacOS systems, and ability to troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and perform system administration tasks as needed
- Experience in database management and SQL administration is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
