A System Support Engineer plays a vital role in the BPO industry by providing technical support and resolving issues related to the company’s systems and infrastructure. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of network systems, software applications, and hardware components. As a System Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include troubleshooting system errors, analyzing network problems, and implementing effective solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading hardware and software, ensuring smooth system operations, and minimizing downtime. In addition, you will collaborate with a team of IT professionals to develop and implement efficient IT strategies, enhance system performance, and mitigate security risks.
