Job Description
Responsible to refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for services.
Responsible for testing computers and ensuring software installation for various applications.
Identifying and solving problems that affect computer operating systems and maintaining computers and equipment.
Responsible for maintenance, upgrading computer systems, and repairing networks.
Repairing computers and equipment on component levels and coordinating computer maintenance with IT professionals.
Troubleshooting routine problems and maintaining computers.
