Job Description
- Provide Level-1 and Level-2 Network and System Support to users, including Desktop support.
- Installation, configuration, and administration of Windows and Linux servers.
- Design, Implement, configure, maintain, and manage the Servers and Clients.
- Communicate effectively with IT support staff to ensure the setup process runs smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all technical issues when they arise.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Plan and implement system automation as required for better efficiency.
- Take daily/monthly backups of physical/virtual servers and disaster recovery.
- Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of OS 7/8/10/MAC OSx.
- File Sharing (FTP), System Sharing & Print Services.
- Remote Users Administration through MSTSC, Team Viewer, and VNC viewer.
- Manage and Configure Users and Machines at Domain/Workgroup Levels.
- Local & Network Printers/Scanners Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting.
