Job Description
· Appointed Persons:
o Scope includes Video Conferencing, IP telephony, Audio systems, Remote support, and more.
· Shifts: 10am – 7pm, 5pm – 2am
· Job Description:
1. Review, test, configure, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure.
2. Monitor and troubleshoot Access network, provide Level 1 support.
3. Troubleshoot end-user equipment independently or collaboratively.
4. Prepare technical documents and progress reports.
5. Lift IT equipment up to 10kg, monitor signal status, work on cables, and more.
6. Act as backup to seniors when needed.
7. Work across helpdesk/support areas effectively.
8. Monitor and resolve tickets promptly.
9. Requires 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
10. Report to line manager and assist as required.
11. Perform other IT tasks assigned.
