Job Description
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1 to 2 years of IT administration and support experience.
- Proficiency with Windows Active Directory and Group Policies.
- Experience with server management, especially VMware.
- Familiarity with Veeam backup solutions.
- Knowledge of Trend Micro antivirus systems.
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Job Description:
- Manage user accounts and access control using Windows Active Directory.
- Create and manage users in Windows Active Directory.
- Develop and enforce Group Policies in Windows Active Directory.
- Perform server maintenance tasks and optimizations.
- Oversee servers on VMware, including deployment and configuration.
- Manage Veeam backups, including scheduling and monitoring.
- Administer Trend Micro antivirus, including installation and monitoring.
- Maintain IT inventory and provide end-user support.
- Manage email accounts and licenses, and implement security measures for emails.
