Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist (Systems) to join our Service Delivery team. As a Specialist (Systems), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our systems infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the performance of systems infrastructure, including servers, databases, and network devices, to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve them promptly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to optimize system performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in systems administration and maintenance, preferably in a service delivery environment.
- Strong knowledge of server and network infrastructure, operating systems, and database management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
