Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and address diverse technical queries from corporate clients, offering comprehensive technical support.
- Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
- Expedite the resolution of complaints within committed time frames.
- Troubleshoot Network Access Layer issues related to Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) such as routers and switches.
- Respond promptly to inquiries about various internet access technologies, including DSL, VSAT Fiber, WiMAX, GPON, and RF.
- Initiate incident resolution tickets in the system and effectively communicate updates to all stakeholders.
