Role Description:
This is a full-time Takaful Sales Executive role at EFU Life Assurance – Karachi Cantt Branch located in Karachi Division, Pakistan. The Takaful Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, analyzing clients’ insurance needs, preparing and presenting proposals, and servicing customers in order to provide the best possible insurance solutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm for meeting new people and building relationships
- Prior experience in insurance sales is preferred, but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
