Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent to our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. You will review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
Additionally, you will assist in creating job postings and maintaining our applicant tracking system. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
