Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract best-fitting candidates for clients.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.
- Adapt alternate sourcing strategies as needed.
- Conduct pre-screening and maintain candidate records.
- Meet recruitment KPIs & metrics.
- Manage candidate pipeline for client hiring needs.
Qualifications and skills:
Must have:
- University Degree.
- Strong command of English (verbal and written).
- Self-Learner with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- 1-2 years of Technical Recruitment Experience.
Office Timings: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Office Location: DHA Phase 4, Lahore
