Job Description
Talent Acquisition Associate
Qureos is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, a keen eye for talent, and an enthusiasm for technology.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, screen, and select qualified candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, both onsite and virtually.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and potential candidates.
- Develop job postings and post to relevant websites and job boards.
- Monitor applicant tracking system and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain recruitment records and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, ATS, and other HR software.
