We are currently expanding our talented team and seeking a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR department.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Review resumes and applications to ensure they meet the required qualifications. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing necessary details and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collect feedback from interviewers to assess candidate suitability.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team’s staffing needs and priorities. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on refining job requirements.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Coordinate with various departments to ensure new hires have the necessary resources and information.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities. Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide constructive feedback.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics for analysis and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of IT roles and skills is a plus.

Salary Package: 35k-50k

Timings: 11:00am to 08:00pm
