Job Description
The “Talent Acquisition & Engagement Partner” at Zeta Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and shortlisting top talent for all vacant positions. This role includes developing and updating company policies and procedures, as well as implementing engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs aligned with budgets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings and interviewing.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (social media, job portals) to attract qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience with clear communication.
- Oversee the employee engagement calendar and conduct regular surveys for feedback.
- Develop, review, and update company policies and HR Process Documentation.
- Communicate policy changes effectively and conduct market research on HR best practices.
